Very good central location, with staff who were very keen to help. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had with beautiful fresh fruits, smoothies and baked goods. There was also a healthy table with lots of gluten free / plant based treats.

the spa is amazing! the relaxation area, I could of stayed in the jaquzi, sauna and steam room all day. The massages were also amazing. The sushi bar and breakfast bar is also so yummy and has everything! The staff were the highlight - so friendly, so helpful and really went out of their way. The rooms are spacious with such comfy beds and incredible views of the city. The location is perfect with fabulous restaurants nearby.

Second stay, always a pleasure. Great hotel, and the executive lounge is a very big plus. Great view, amazing food, very attentive staff. A pricey place but a very good stay.

Handselected staff, very kind, professional, uncomplicated and obliging. Live music, theater as well as Billard, Table Tennis and table football. Very good breakfast. The beds are very comfortable.

This is a real luxury hotel in downtown Sao Paulo. The service, the restaurants, the executive club on the 23rd floor - all ad up to the standards of the better hotels. The Spa is excellent, and has a professional, attentive staff.

Staff is always amazing—looked up my awards number without asking, volunteered a late check out, always friendly and all fully bilingual in English and Portuguese.
